How does it work?
First, the area is numbed with local anesthesia. Then a tiny (one millimeter diameter) tube is inserted through the skin by a needle puncture to the fat layer. A laser fiber inside the tube delivers laser energy directly to the fat and fat cells – vaporizing them – plus the overlying skin is triggered to tighten up, so there’s no loose or sagging skin afterward.
Am I a candidate for SmartLipo Laser Body Sculpting?
You are if you have areas of fat that do not respond to diet or exercise. It is not a way to lose weight.
Is there a recovery period?
You’ll be able to return to work in a couple of days and resume exercise after two weeks. A compression garment may be worn for a short time – depending on the body are treated.
How many treatments are required?
Typically only one treatment is required!
When will I see results?
Results can be seen within a week, with continued improvement over 3 to 6 months as your tissue tightens more with time.
