My person, the doctor, wrote about time saving SmartLipo the other day. What he didn’t say was nearly all procedures you could benefit from are configured to save you time.
He knows you are busy!
So here’s our promise to you ….
We’ll help you get it done — whatever you want — off your “To Do” list — as quickly and easily as possible.
There’s still plenty of time to revolutionize the way you look before spring and summmer … before graduations and weddings — well, you get the idea.
Let’s do this!
Tell him I sent you.

Okay … you have fat you don’t want anymore.
So far — nothing has worked …
Sit-ups, step classes, dieting ’till you’re afraid you’ll lose muscle instead. Zip, nada, nix.
Frustrating, isn’t it?
And you just don’t have time to deal with this!
One answer: SmartLipo laser assisted liposuction.
In the office, local anesthesia, painless, (I know — had it done — big-time). I was back seeing a full schedule of clients the next day.
And my abdomen and love handle fat … gone … forever.
Neck and jowl fat, arm fat, tummy fat, love handles, back and bra fat, thigh and saddlebag fat — you name it — if it refuses to go away with diet and exercise then you want this.
It’ll save you TONS of time.
Get the skinny on SmartLipo — call right now, 215-361-5030 and put an end to your misery – fast.

Most people think turning 60 is rocking chair time, but the real truth is most are considering second (or third) careers, starting a new relationship, buying a second (or third) home, or doing something involving their creativity, energy, and talent.
Â
The other day, a client – a guy in his late 30’s, early 40’s, dressed to the 9’s – obviously successful – was discussing the merits of rejuvenating his face with Fraxel® laser. Learning he’d experience skin tightening and loss of old scars and brown spots, and knowing I personally had Fraxel® myself said, “You’re about 52 … right? Nice skin.â€Â I told him to add 10 years … as I’m about to turn 62.Â
Â
He was blown away. My youthful appearance was indeed due to my intervening in my own march-of-the-years and not putting up with it.
Â
Welcome to my world.
Â
Blessed with good health I feel about how I did in my early 40’s – perhaps better, certainly smarter. I refuse to behave old or to look old. Won’t have it.
Â
The new 60’s ….
A generation before, folks turning my age were planning how to leave as much as possible to their kids, planning their retirement, their withdrawal from the mainstream of life, accounting how much they had squirreled away. Rocking chair time.
Â
Not any more. I and thousands just like me have a new paradigm and it’s this: life is just beginning to become exciting. Losing anything making one look old is part of the deal.Â
Â
Staying active, productive, full of life … say – those are attributes of youth!
Â
So when you come in to my office and ask to be transformed to a more youthful look you’ll have a friend in your corner – because I “get itâ€.Â
Â
We’re not done yet.

The holidays seem somehow always to wreak havoc on our good habits. We eat more – exercise less; drink too much and sleep too little. We run around in harsh weather – then cook, clean, and shop till we drop. How easy it is to become lax in our beauty regimen. Our puffy eyes and dark circles greet us first thing in the morning along with their friends – dull and dry; and break-outs become commonplace.
What’s a girl to do?
You can recover that radiant glow from post holiday blues with some easy skincare tips…
- Never underestimate the effect of a good night sleep
- Use a great concealer for under the eyes (Glo Minerals)
- Stay hydrated to avoid water retention and swelling
- Wash your face daily with a gentle cleanser
- Switch your moisturizer to a stronger version during the winter months – choose one packed full of antioxidants
- Schedule a Microdermabrasion treatment to gently exfoliate dull, dry skin cells
- Take faster showers – avoiding water that is too hot and drying; pat dry
- Moisturize, moisturize, moisturize
- Use a product with benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid to apply directly to affected area of breakout
- Lower the temperature of your house – lower temperature air will hold more water molecules; humidifiers are also helpful
Happy New Year!!!!

You’ve read my person’s (the doctor) post about his SmartLipo procedure. He’s just fine, by the way — a lot trimmer than I am.
What amazes me is he has his staff perform most of the procedures they offer on him — either first, or at least very early on — before offering them to you, his clients. Says it helps him understand what to say it’s like!
And he needs all the help he can get too! I think he’s about 150 years old by now — doesn’t look a day over 48.
He really cares about his clients is all I can say. So does his staff — they all look forward to going in to the office to help people transform their self confidence, get new images, to start over in life, or just to look younger — to look their best.
Wonder what he’s going to do next?
See ya’

You guessed it — I had SmartLipo yesterday! Wanted to see how it felt, AND what I was asking clients to experience.
I had a LOT of SmartLipo … love handles all the way to my back … and my lower abdomen.
No kidding — no pain. Just a couple little needle sticks to start the numbing process.
Now, you might be wondering just who did my procedure? Well, I guided my superb staff in the process — even helped them a little (sounds crazy doesn’t it?) but the procedure is so easy it was a no-brainer to do it this way.
Important note: for clients, I will be the one to do YOUR SmartLipo procedure!Â
As good as they are, I wore my staff out doing mine.
This morning, the day after, I plan on taking my dog for a walk, then off to the office for a full day of work seeing our wonderful clients. I’m fine, and have NO discomfort.
I’m glad I had this done — for now I can report just how wonderful this procedure really is.
Oh — and my fat is gone.

Okay … I had to bring Oscar over from his Blog and help him out a little. Seems while celebrating the New Year’s arrival he hit the catnip a little. This photo was from yesterday and the next from this morning … sleeping it off.

He deserves the time off — works pretty hard at research and all, so a little play is fine.
Best in 2008 to all!
Look for Oscar’s Blog again soon.
